Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a fully engaged, high-performing membership team aligned with company culture and initiatives.
  2. Meet project/department milestones and adhere to budgets.
  3. Enforce club rules, policies, and procedures.
  4. Oversee staffing through application review, interviews, and hiring recommendations.
  5. Drive results in Service and Fitness categories through relationship building, communication, and team development.
  6. Organize daily/weekly/monthly club functions to maximize profitability.
  7. Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members, positioning them for success.
  8. Mentor club leaders through coaching, accountability, and exemplifying outstanding performance.
  9. Address obstacles proactively to ensure excellent member and team experiences.
  10. Guide department leaders in goal setting and strategy implementation.
  11. Promote cross-training and continuous learning among team members.
  12. Foster a culture of teamwork and inclusivity across all club functions.
  13. Collaborate with partners to grow the member community.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10 employees with measurable outcomes.
  • 5-7 years of broad retail/hospitality/operations experience with a focus on high turnover and high execution.
  • Experience managing P&L and trend reports, with strong analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to rebuild or create effective teams collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience turning around underperforming departments or teams.
  • Strategy-driven management with delegation skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • CPR and AED certification required.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, maintain a professional demeanor, communicate clearly, and wear a clean uniform.
