We are looking for a Systems Engineer IV/V to join our team. In this role, you will develop and utilize model-based systems engineering (MBSE) techniques, focusing on tools like Cameo and Simulink to design, prototype, integrate, and test unmanned systems and munitions. The position requires holistic thinking, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and innovation across product lines.

Responsibilities

1. Define and refine system requirements using MBSE methodologies.
2. Develop and maintain system models using Cameo Systems Modeler and Simulink.
3. Prototype and develop system solutions.
4. Execute thorough subsystem and system testing.
5. Analyze data and troubleshoot issues.
6. Contribute to design reviews and technical meetings.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive system integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in model-based systems engineering.
• Proficiency in Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Experience with unmanned systems, aircraft, and/or munitions.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience (e.g., design/build/fly, RC aircraft, pilot).
• Team-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $110,000—$170,000 USD
