Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Our Technology Solutions team is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Genetec Software Engineer to join our team in support of a global Media & Entertainment client. Our ideal resource will have advanced knowledge of Genetec Security Center and related security software, with the ability to set up servers, test software, create staging environments, and build connections to other systems. This role requires hands-on expertise in software development, system configuration, and network security. Experience with Lenel software is a significant plus. We are looking for team players that can add value with their contributions and enjoy working with a great group of people.

Our team is setting up interviews immediately and if you're look forward to working in a dynamic Entertainment environment with a lot of action you'll love this job! This project will require the person to work onsite 3-4 days / week in the Los Angeles (Hollywood) location.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure Genetec Security Center 5.11 servers.
• Create and manage staging environments for software testing and deployment.
• Build, run, and execute detailed reports using Genetec software.
• Integrate Genetec software with other security systems and platforms using API integrations.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for Genetec systems.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments.
• Optimize system performance and ensure network security.
• Manage incident response and resolution.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Genetec Security Center 5.11 and related security software.
• Proficiency in C++/C# programming and software development.
• Experience with server setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create and manage staging environments.
• Experience in building and executing reports.
• Knowledge of network security, SQL databases, and system optimization.
• Proficiency in Python/PowerShell scripting.
• Lenel software experience is a significant advantage.

The base range for this contract position is $60.00 - $70.00 /per hour depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
