In this role you will be responsible for the oversight of a small HW and SW Test Team. You will be hands-on and able to work alongside the team as needed. You will have experience with products that have been successfully launched to market. Our team is small and productive - we have 2 SW Test Engineers and 2 HW Test Engineers. We are seeking a leader who enjoys and excels as part of a small, cohesive group.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience with 10+ years of experience in HW and SW Test
• Must have some experience in HW Design and Test, preferably RF.
• Must have some experience in SW Design and Test in any discipline (embedded, cloud or App)
• Must have skills in Python
• Must have skills in Labview
• Preferably experience in regulatory certification processes such as FCC and CE
• Ideally experience with SOC2
• Experience as a hands-on manager
