We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to own the reliability, support, and continuous improvement of a key enterprise application hosted on AWS. This role will ensure stable operations of Windows-based web services, SQL Server databases, and associated integrations while driving automation, monitoring, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, hungry to learn new technologies, and proactive in designing solutions that reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
