Overview:
Under general direction, support assigned business units as the point person for all human resources related activities. Assumes a primary strategic consultative role as a Human Resources (HR) generalist for specific complex projects and programs. The Senior level handles the more complex projects and liaison assignments and acts with greater autonomy than the journey level. Proactively meets and consults with leaders and managers to identify and analyze business issues where human resources products/services can be leveraged. Collaborates with HR management and staff to support total human resources services and initiatives.
Human Resources Business Partner, Senior - This is an exempt position in Salary Grade 205: Min $95,176 – Mid $114,212 – Max $133,247 annually. The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.
Human Resources Business Partner - This is an exempt position in Salary Grade 195: Min $86,328 – Mid $103,593 – Max $120,859 annually. The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.

Qualifications
Human Resources Business Partner, Senior - Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field with a minimum of five years of Human Resources experience, with experience/knowledge as an HR generalist. Supervisory/managerial experience desirable.
Human Resources Business Partner - Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or a related field and a minimum of three years of Human Resources experience, with experience/knowledge as an HR generalist.
