Position : Business Head (Technology Sector)

Position Overview :

We are searching for an experienced Business Head to lead our ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partnerships within the technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning, particularly focusing on ISV collaborations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in ISV partnerships within the technology sector.
2. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with key industry leaders and ISVs.
3. Expand and nurture a broad network of industry contacts to enhance strategic positioning and create new avenues for partnership.
4. Lead our sales team in developing and implementing effective strategies to exceed revenue targets and foster successful ISV collaborations.
5. Foster collaboration across various teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and support to our ISV partners.
6. Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity to anticipate changes and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
7. Manage the development and delivery of persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts to attract and onboard new ISV partners.
8. Analyze performance metrics and data to continuously refine strategies and provide actionable insights to executive management.
9. Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and strengthen ISV partnerships.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
2. 15 years of total experience with at least 10 years of domain experience in the US geography with a focus on ISV partnerships within the technology sector.
3. A successful track record of selling engineering services in ISV domain for the past 10 years.
4. Should have handled a portfolio of around US $50M in product engineering services.
5. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and expanding partnership networks.
6. In-depth knowledge of the ISV domain within the technology sector, including key competitors and market dynamics.
7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
8. Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding high-performing teams.
9. Strategic mindset with a keen ability to plan, execute, and achieve business objectives.
10. Willingness to travel extensively to meet business needs and engage with ISV partners and industry stakeholders.
