As the General Manager, you'll be working to create an amazing environment where coaches, kids, and families thrive. Your mission? Drive sales, keep members happier than a kid in a candy store, and make every day at KidStrong extraordinary!

What You'll Be Doing:

Center Operations:

1. Master the Numbers: Know your KPIs and financials inside and out
2. Relationship Guru: Be the friendly face everyone loves to see
3. Keep it Running: Maintain a spotless center and a smooth operation
4. Delegate Tasks: Make sure your team is on point and you aren't burnt out
5. Flex Your Weekly Schedule: Work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift (minimum) - this is not a typical 9a-5p job. Most weekdays do require you to be in the center during the evening (until 7:30/8pm)

Sales:

1. Drive Membership: Work with your team to set goals and fill those class spots
2. Lead the Charge: Dial the phones, send the texts, and turn the leads into KidStrong members
3. Be the Face: Arrange and attend local events that make KidStrong the talk of the town

Leadership:

1. Foster Growth: Inspire your team to be their best selves on and off the blue floor
2. Recruit & Train: Find, onboard, and develop rockstar coaches
3. Develop: Use KidStrong's awesome training tools to help continue the professional development of yourself and others
4. Stay Connected: Communicate clearly via Slack and Email

Coaching:

1. Be Hands-On: Deliver our awesome curriculum and high-fives in equal measure
2. Keep your finger on the pulse: Actively coach 3-5 classes a week
3. Track Progress: Use the KS Coaches App to monitor attendance and achievements
4. Stay Active: Navigate a physically demanding environment with the energy of a kid on a sugar rush.
5. Certification: Achieve Coach Certification through KidStrong HQ Training (must be available to attend HQ training April 9-11, 2025 or May 21-23, 2025)

Who You'll Interact With:

1. Supervise: Assistant General Manager, Lead Coach, and other coaches
2. Collaborate: Center team members and families -- you're basically the glue
3. Coordinate: Area General Manager, Area Developer, (Franchisee) and KidStrong HQ team members

We want to hear from people who have:

1. Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged 15 months to 11 years
2. People Skills: Chat up parents and guardians with ease
3. Tech Savvy: Practical experience with Google, Microsoft, and social media platforms
4. CPR Certification (or willing to receive)
