The Prime Video Sports team is seeking a talented and innovative Art Director to develop and maintain style guides while ensuring quality control of creative assets throughout the production pipeline for our live-event, pay-per-view, and Amazon Original Docuseries sports properties. This role combines creative development with quality assurance, serving as both a designer of brand standards and gatekeeper of creative quality. Working closely with Creative Directors, you'll define and maintain graphics packages and style guides across our sports properties, such as Thursday Night Football, NBA, WNBA, NWSL, NASCAR, and more.
You will provide bar-raising quality oversight and demonstrate subject matter expertise in graphic design, ensuring marketing assets such as Key Art maintain brand integrity throughout the production process. Through developing comprehensive templates and guidelines, you'll help internal and external partners deliver consistently high-quality work across all platforms including digital in-app, out-of-home, and social marketing touchpoints.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the Marketing org, with an emphasis on seamless integration with the Creative, Production and Project Management teams, to deliver best-in-class sports marketing content that resonates with diverse fans and audiences.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and highly collaborative, with a strong understanding of brand and entertainment marketing. You should possess strong writing and design sensibilities. In our quickly-growing, fast-paced business, you will need to be an owner of your work and thrive in a frequently ambiguous environment. Sports by nature are ever-evolving and unpredictable, and to be successful in this role, a candidate must be able to be nimble and responsive when opportunities or challenges arise.
