Pacifica Hotels is looking for a Chief Engineer to join the team at Cambria Hotel in Templeton-Paso Robles, CA. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the maintenance department at the property. Core functions of the position, but are not limited to the following; - Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests. - Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members. - Supervise the interior and exterior maintenance needs of the entire property. - Corrective, preventative and emergency maintenance to maintain property in safe and attractive condition. - Documentation of all mandatory, ongoing, room preventative maintenance. - Schedule and assign duties to maintenance staff. - Ensure that tools and equipment are functional and in safe working condition. - Maintain records of types and frequency of maintenance. - Make approved purchases of supplies, equipment and ser...Hotel, Engineer, Chief, Maintenance, Team Member
