This is a great opportunity to utilize your clinical knowledge and your passion for children to help develop an ABA department within the agency. Grow With Me Creciendo Juntos has a strong focus in the early childhood years, providing services to children through 6 years of age. Our team is looking to hire a Full-Time Associate Clinical Supervisor in Paso Robles, CA and the surrounding areas where you can provide behavioral services to young children with autism. Experience with Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions highly preferred. The Associate Clinical Supervisor must be able to work closely with families and children and our team members as part of a collaborative team.Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour Qualifications Possess an active Bachelor's degree and current enrollment in an ABA/BCBA Masters degree program Strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational and leadership skills Prior experience in supervising technicians, with experience in program design for individuals with autism spectrum disorders Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation Job Highlights Full-time Associate Clinical Supervisor qualify for Paid Holidays, and sick pay Drive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visits Responsibilities: Conduct parent/caregiver education & functional behavior assessment Provide direct intervention across home, school, and community settings Develop ABA programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) Utilize evidence based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions Collect behavioral data and complete progress notes, and case management Provide clinical direction, training, and support to behavioral technicians provide group and individual supervision Schedule: Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed You will have the ability to make your own weekly schedule with the families in your caseload. Preferred: Bilingual Spanish Other Requirements:Must have reliable transportation and the ability to cover a 30-mile coverage area from the assigned home office location. This position will require a valid California ID or Drivers License. Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to background check, physical etc. If required to drive, candidate must possess proof of valid insurance and registration.
