We're an employee owned self-perform firm of professionals servicing our clients a full range of construction services including, pre-construction, construction management, design-build, general contracting, and project/program management for excavation, concrete, steel, erection, piping, and infrastructure construction.

- Oversee subcontractor selection and contract arrangements
- Collaborate with Project Manager and external entities on delivery of materials and job site operations
- Focus heavily on CalTrans specific documentation & standard operation procedures
- 3+ years of construction experience in heavy civil, asphalt/paving or highway/roadway construction
- 2+ years of Superintendent responsibilities
- Experience with CalTrans site management, documentation, and procedures
- Pay: $150,000 - $200,000 per year + Annual Bonus
