Job Summary
The goal of our Sales Associates is to introduce people to the life changing benefits of Pilates. Pilates is intended for the broken to the professional athlete. It's a full body workout that decompresses the spine and resets the body. We offer group, private, and semi-private Pilates training.
The Sales Associate role assists in running all "front of house" Pilates studio operations, with a strong focus on premium customer service as well as meeting sales expectations. Ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and sales experience. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales and renewals, retail sales, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service levels.
