Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Graphic Designer to its team. This role will work remotely and works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pacific. This is a 6-month contract role that pays $29.95 per hour. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design software skills, and a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of designers, including a lead, to develop marketing components for a large investment brokerage team.
  • Design and create marketing materials by incorporating creativity into existing templates.
  • Develop visually compelling presentation materials within Company standards.
  • Design key elements such as Book of Values, Tour Books, and other marketing collateral.
  • Ensure high-quality layout, design, and production of graphic design artwork.
  • Coordinate with in-house or external vendors to confirm specifications and production requirements.
  • Work closely with and have the opportunity to collaborate with the Orange County office on design projects.


Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Must have graphic design portfolio available
  • Bachelor's of Fine Arts
  • Proficiency with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver, Microsoft Suite
  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with MS Excel.
  • Basic project management, editing and writing skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
  • Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles.


Preferred Skills:

  • Real estate industry experience
  • Marketing knowledge
