Description:

Seeking an experienced Bilingual Food Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team in Santa Maria, CA! Position is full time M-F with flexibility on work hours between 8am to 5pm, or 7am to 4pm, 100% onsite, TTH with a compensation range of $20-$25/hr. D.O.E.


JOB DUTIES:

  • Assist with onboarding new and existing clients during the application process
  • Manage anniversary reminders and incoming applications.
  • Data entry into scheme platform and documents
  • Archive client information and maintain communication with other departments
  • Communicate OSP approvals to the Operations department
  • Generate links to share client folders
  • Work closely with other departments to streamline the application process.
  • Generate letters of good standing and letters of confirmation
  • Assist with incoming calls and email requests
  • Draft letters and/or notices, such as Information Requests, Notices of Noncompliance, adverse action notifications, etc.
  • Provide customer technical support for QA related notifications (IR, NoNC, adverse actions)
  • Assist with Organic QA special projects
  • Assists with content for Annual Calibration training
  • Conduct additional service reviews
  • Recommend improvements to processes for improved company efficiency of day-to-day operations
  • Along with the duties noted above, an employee needs to perform any other duties or responsibilities as requested by Management.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma required; Administrative degree preferred!
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in the agriculture industry
  • Fluent in both Spanish & English with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace(Google Sheets, Docs, Slide)
  • Effective customer service, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple priorities and work well independently and within a team
  • Easily adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
