The client is a leading global agency specializing in content creation and entertainment marketing. By integrating storytelling expertise with robust production resources, the client effectively crafts, markets, and distributes content for a wide array of major entertainment studios and brands. With content creation at the heart of our operations, we support clients through strategic planning, innovative creativity, and advanced digital services.

We are in search of a VP/Creative Director to spearhead innovative AV campaigns within the theatrical and streaming film sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop award-winning trailers and integrated campaigns that meet the highest creative standards.
  • Convert marketing objectives into creative strategies and guide the team through production.
  • Assist in managing a team of producers to execute engaging and effective promotional materials.
  • Direct the writing for assigned campaigns and projects, ensuring conceptual alignment with brand positioning.
  • Oversee the creative elements of sales presentations and advertiser-sponsored promotions.
  • Foster the development of producers, coordinators, and editors within the team.
  • Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere that encourages outstanding results across all creative disciplines.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure a unified approach to campaign creation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in trailer development leadership, specifically focusing on theatrical AV campaigns.
  • Preferred background in creative vendor management, particularly within an entertainment marketing agency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and personnel effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, both offline and online editorial, coupled with excellent organizational skills.
  • Capable of working efficiently and creatively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional creative writing skills and a strong aptitude for storytelling.
  • A portfolio showcasing innovative promotional campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities for managing staff and client relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and external vendors.
  • A professional demeanor with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
  • Adaptable and flexible in approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-starter with intrinsic motivation and a collaborative spirit.
