Hays is excited to announce a partnership with a local real estate firm. We're in search of an exceptional Property Manager to oversee office building in the Orange County.

Your new role

• Financial Oversight: Ensure the preparation of accurate and comprehensive financial statements, along with detailed operating and leasing metrics.
• Vendor Coordination: Efficiently manage vendors to guarantee services are delivered in a timely and dependable fashion.
• Strategic Development: Actively assist in the development and execution of operational strategies for the properties you're responsible for.
• Tenant Relations: Maintain strong relationships with tenants, with a focus on achieving and sustaining the highest levels of satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Property Management, ideally with a focus on Retail.
• Must be adept at managing institutional financial reporting requirements.
• Candidates should hold CPM or RPA designations.
• Familiarity with MRI, Yardi, and Avid Accounting software is highly valued.
• A Real Estate License is preferred.
