Description:

Our client is a well-established financial services firm located in Century City, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant for an immediate long-term temporary assignment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have support experience within financial services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with experience working within a fast paced finance firm.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Available to work 100% on-site in Century City.


Rate: $30-$32 per hour DOE
