Who you are:

The Regional Concessions Manager, Womens West Coast is the eyes and ears of our brand on a localized level. This individual will partner with the respective concession managers for our designated teams at our wholesale (Saks and Neiman Marcus) points of distribution for our markets (West Coast). They will ensure that all points of distribution are operating smoothly and act as a direct filter between the Director of Wholesale Womens to ensure that they have the resources needed (people, products, facilities, operations, and visual merchandising) to ensure that our businesses run successfully. *This position is based on LA to support our West Coast Region.


What Youll Do:

  • Acting as the day-to-day point of contact and in-store support for all Concession Managers and DSAs for our localized teams in our wholesale (Neiman Marcus) and concession (Saks) accounts.
  • Drive strategy for multiple concessions/wholesale business locations
  • Guide and train Brand Managers/DSAs and their respective teams on product, POS, and anything related to the store business
  • Lead product training to ensure team members are well-versed on the product and the overall brand DNA
  • Ensure that all points of distribution maintain brand standards in the realms of people, product, and visual merchandising
  • Partner with Marketing and PR teams for planning and execution of events, relevant press activity, and local networking opportunities
  • Maintain and deliver sales and productivity reports by store
  • Meet with national buying teams to ensure product is replenished and in stores
  • Partner with the Director of Wholesale and Human Resources to maintain employee relations and team development
  • Create business opportunities to maximize profitability
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company and wholesale information and strategy.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred, High School Diploma Required
  • 6-8 years of multi-store management, concession, or account experience
  • 50% travel
  • Team player who can thrive in a relationship-driven environment
  • Thrive on working collaboratively with team members across the company
  • Convey a positive can-do attitude towards tackling problems
  • Passionate, driven, and can act as a representation of the brand
  • Ability to develop relationships with local customers and the community

As required by Los Angeles salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000-$110,000. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
