Front Desk Concierge and Event Support (Part-Time) - Trilogy Monarch Dunes (Nipomo, CA)

HOAMCO has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Front Desk Concierge at The Monarch Club at Trilogy Monarch Dunes in Nipomo, CA. As a Concierge, you'll enjoy helping our residents achieve a high standard of customer service. The Concierge is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents and the general public, as well as administrative duties.

We are hiring one person to work 2-3 shifts per week. Days and hours vary Monday to Sunday

9AM - 5PM/ 9AM-1PM/ 1PM-5PM

PAY RATE: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly plus tips

Qualifications:
•The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and communication skills
•Professional appearance and demeanor
•Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written)
•Experience working in the Hospitality Industry is a plus
•Prior customer Service experience is required

Job Duties:
•Providing administrative support
•Maintaining welcome desk and enthusiastically welcoming residents and guests
•Utilizing excellent customer service skills while greeting visitors and homeowners face-to-face
•Reply to email and phone inquiries in a timely manner
•Partners with the Lifestyle Coordinator in the preparation of scheduled lifestyle events and activities
