The ideal candidate should have expertise in drafting and negotiating various technology agreements, including:

- Software/technology licenses and development agreements

- Professional services and manufacturing contracts

- Supply, distribution, e-commerce, and media transactions

- M&A support through contract drafting and due diligence

A technical background and strong academic performance from a leading law school are preferred. Interest or experience in artificial intelligence is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills are required. Must be a member of the California Bar.
