A reputable, high-end restaurant in Los Angeles is looking for an accomplished and committed General Manager!

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-end or upscale dining environment
• Demonstrated ability to oversee all restaurant operations, including guest experience, staff management, financial performance, and inventory control
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
• Expertise in service standards, quality control, and hospitality best practices
• Solid understanding of budget management, cost control, and revenue generation
