Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Los Angeles office, including procurement, asset management, and environmental maintenance.
  • Coordinate and execute administrative projects, optimize workflows, and control costs.
  • Implement company policies, manage suppliers, and lead and develop the administrative team.
  • Respond swiftly in emergency situations to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with at least 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in the Los Angeles area.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Management or a related field, proficient in using office software.
  • Possess leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability, able to work effectively under pressure.
