Saxon Aerospace is currently hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor for a growing manufacturing company in the Greater Los Angeles area.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you manage the maintenance team and ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently and effectively.

Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:

• Improve overall safety and efficiency of plant machinery while collaborating cross-functionally across the plant
• Oversee a team of maintenance technicians striving for plant excellence
• Lead maintenance schedules, workflows, accurate record-keeping, new equipment installations
• Ensure all state and federal regulations are met and maintained, and perform corrective actions for all equipment efficiency
• Guarantee all maintenance work is compliant with company policies and procedures
• Develop and manage budgets
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and external service providers
• Operate CMMS and PLC programming to further develop the maintenance department

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor in a machine shop environment
• 7+ years' experience in manufacturing machine maintenance

Salary: $105,000-$130,000
