Job Details

• 1-2 years or more customer service/call center experience.
• Experience with SQL Server and TCP-IP Connections.
• Knowledge of CRM Software (Salesforce specifically is a plus).
• A desire to help people, solve problems, and learn something new every day.
• Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in Information Technology is preferred.
