Description:


We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Lead to join our team. The Warehouse Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Utilize system for inventory tracking and management.
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Inspecting incoming shipments for damage or shortages and communicating with the supervisor to rectify any issues.
  • Preparing materials for shipping, including pulling and staging and completing necessary documentation.
  • Operating material handlings equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move and organize stock.
  • Participating in routing, counting, and inspecting items while loading and unloading trucks.
  • Reviewing product pull or following oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
  • Counting and recording the number of units of materials moved or handled on the daily production pull.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.



Required skills/experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • A high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • The physical ability to perform vigorous, strenuous work and lift up to 40 pounds frequently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
