About the Role:

Head of U.S. Operation

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement mid- to long-term strategies for international expansion, in line with the company's business development goals, to drive overseas business breakthroughs.
• Continuously optimize the international market business layout and corresponding organizational structure based on industry environment, market analysis, and changes in overseas conditions.
• Set and break down annual targets and key initiatives for the international market in alignment with the company's strategic goals, while ensuring appropriate resource allocation and support.
• Expand international client base, develop diverse sales channels (including offline), and enter new country markets.
• Collaborate closely with the domestic team to continuously enhance the effectiveness of the overseas team, including sales, pre-sales, technical support, and branding. Attract and recruit key talent.

Required Skills:

• Over 5 years of experience in managing international business, with at least 3 years in senior international business management and strategic planning. Preference for candidates with a background in IT or technology companies.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese as a working language, with 2-3 years of living or working experience in the U.S. Familiarity with developed markets in the U.S. and Europe is required; familiarity with Southeast Asian and Indian markets is a plus.
• Strong market insight and strategic thinking, capable of developing practical and effective business strategies based on the company's actual situation and identifying key business opportunities.
• Excellent team management skills, with the ability to build and configure a suitable organizational structure and team based on business strategies, while maintaining team cohesion, stability, and productivity.

Preferred Skills:

• Work Experience: Candidates with a background in both U.S. and Chinese enterprises are preferred.
• Industry Background: Experience in technology companies, especially cloud providers, system vendors, or ICT companies, is preferred.
