Responsibilities: Perform expert grooming services, including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling, catering to dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Collaborate harmoniously with fellow groomers and team members, fostering a supportive and cooperative work environment. Share knowledge, techniques, and best practices with team members to enhance their grooming skills and overall performance. Continuously seek opportunities for learning and professional development, staying updated on the latest grooming trends, products, and techniques. Show a genuine love for dogs, ensuring their well-being, comfort, and safety throughout the grooming process. Interact warmly and professionally with pet owners, understanding their preferences, discussing grooming options, and providing expert advice. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area, ensuring equipment is properly sanitized and in good working condition. Requirements: Proven experience as a professional dog groomer, with a minimum of 1 years of hands-on grooming experience in a salon or similar setting. Expertise in grooming various dog breeds, including familiarity with specific breed standards and grooming techniques. Strong knowledge of grooming tools, equipment, and products, ensuring their proper usage and maintenance. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Enthusiasm for personal growth and learning, consistently seeking opportunities to expand grooming skills and knowledge. Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact warmly and professionally with both pet owners and colleagues. Passion for dogs and dedication to their well-being, exhibiting patience, compassion, and a gentle approach during the grooming process.

Compensation: Hourly rate: $20-30/hour depending on experience + Overtime + Tips Pay rate will be depending on experience but expect a generous range for quality talent. Pay raises are based on reliability and ability to complete tasks efficiently, not on time spent working with us. So, bring a good attitude and work ethic, and we are happy to increase pay correspondingly!
