About the Firm:

Our client, an established litigation firm with offices throughout California, specializes in Workers' Compensation as well as Labor & Employment defense. They are seeking experienced associates to join their team. Associates can work from any of the firm's offices, providing flexibility based on proximity. While there is no strict in-office vs. remote policy, flexibility is valued as long as work is completed, and in-person court appearances are attended.

About the Roles:

Our client has multiple openings for Workers' Compensation associates. We seek candidates interested in long-term growth and mentorship, with partner-track opportunities available.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of workers' compensation experience, with trial experience required. Candidates with backgrounds in other areas of civil defense will be considered.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Software: The firm uses ProLaw, but those unfamiliar will be provided with training as needed. The office operates fully paperless.

Compensation:

Salary is dependent on experience, with mid-level positions offering approximately $150-175k base salary. Performance-based bonuses provided in addition to base salary.

• Car allowance/gas: $730 for senior attorneys (5+ years); $500 for junior attorneys (<5 years).
