TERMITE TECHNICIAN

Join Our Team as a Termite Technician at Brezden Pest Control!

Location: San Luis Obispo

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: First-year earnings for a Termite Technician range from $37,500 to $45,000, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life, and disability insurance, retirement savings with company match, paid time off, and holidays.

About the Termite Technician Role:

As a Termite Technician at Brezden Pest Control, you will play a crucial role in protecting homes, businesses, and other structures from termite damage. This position involves performing inspections, applying treatments, and ensuring the health and safety of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities for the Termite Technician:

• Conduct termite treatments, including trenching, drilling, and working in crawl spaces.
• Carry out detailed inspections for termites.
• Recommend and provide effective termite solutions.
• Educate clients on preventive measures to reduce future termite problems.
• Document and report on service activities, maintaining high standards of record-keeping.
• Manage and maintain service vehicles and equipment in line with company and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of work experience in any field; pest control industry experience is a bonus, but not necessary.
• Have or obtain the California Field Rep Termite License.
• Carpentry knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• A valid driver's license that meets our insurance company's requirements.
