Sports, Media & Entertainment Associate - Century City

Our client, a top AM Law 100 firm, is looking for a mid-level Sports, Media & Entertainment Associate attorney to join its practice in Century City.

The salary range for this position is $310,000 to $390,000 with a comprehensive benefits package. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-6 years of law firm experience is required
• Extensive experience handling debt and equity financing transactions in music, film and/or television
• Knowledge of finance, entertainment and copyright law
• Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills
• JD received with excellent academic credentials
• Licensed to practice in California
