Position Overview: Hotel General Manager

Schedule: Onsite in San Luis Obispo (Wednesday Sunday)

Salary: $60,000 $80,000 + discretionary bonus

Benefits: 2 weeks PTO and 50% of healthcare covered

We are seeking a Hotel General Manager for a dynamic full-time role based in San Luis Obispo, CA. The Hotel General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, managing personnel effectively, and maintaining financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence.
• Implement and oversee budgetary strategies, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Serve as a decisive leader, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills to address challenges promptly and effectively.

• Demonstrated proficiency in general and business management, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Sound financial acumen, including budgeting and financial management expertise.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the aptitude to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Collaborative approach to working with diverse teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
