**Part-Time Tour Host (Orange County)**

We are currently looking for responsible energetic individuals to serve as a Belong Host. You will work closely with the Resident Growth Team to show our homes listed for rent to potential residents. This role is perfect for an outgoing individual with an eye for detail, a desire to learn, and an interest in cultivating a sense of community.

Hours are flexible and were looking for someone that can help throughout the week, starting with a max of 20 hours a week. This would be a perfect part-time gig for anyone who wants to make extra money and is willing to jump right on when help is needed. There is an opportunity to grow from this role into a full-time role. Starting rates are $20/hour. **Qualifications**

+ Experience in real estate is a big plus.

+ Reliable transportation, a valid California Driver's License, and proof of insurance.

+ Ability to roll with the punches - priorities, and schedules change quickly and we need someone who can keep up in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong sense of customer-centricity, empathy, and kindness

+ Ability to work at least one weekend day.
