Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel General Manager located in San Luis Obispo, CA. The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling budgeting and financial tasks, and overseeing all operations.


Qualifications

  • General Management and Business Management skills
  • Experience in customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Budgeting and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
