Warehouse Job Type Full-time Description

**Summary****:** The Warehouse Team Member must be a team oriented individual capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned

Safely and accurately select customer orders. Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy

Load & Unload trucks

Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet

Carefully move products from racks to pallets directed by order selecting software and equipment

Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage free

Efficiently deliver products to correct dock area and shrink wraps palletized orders

Team up to clear aisles of debris, stacks empty pallets from slots in aisle and return pallet jacks to charging area

Maintain a customer-focused perspective in all activities initiated to ensure that company needs are successfully met.

Requirements

**Experience**

Experience working in a warehouse is ideal

**Specialized Knowledge**

Must be able to understand and adhere to all safety requirements

**Skills/Abilities**

Team work, good communication skills to work closely within department.

**Professional Certificates**

Forklift certification

**Physical Environment:**

The majority of the time the employee will be exposed to low temperature (34F-38F) conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and lift/move up to 90 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious places. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; toxic or caustic chemicals; and outside weather conditions. The noise level in work environment is usually loud.
