Our mission is to "Make Life Easier" for these patients by servicing, advocating, and raising awareness for their needs. We are dedicated to improving their quality of life and helping them regain independence.

This is a full-time remote role for a Mobility Device Technician. The Mobility Device Technician will be responsible for servicing and maintaining complex rehab mobility products and assistive technologies. This includes conducting repairs, evaluating equipment, and ensuring proper functionality. The Technician will also communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals to address any concerns or issues related to mobility devices.

• Experience in working with complex rehab mobility products and assistive technologies
• Knowledge of mobility device repair and maintenance
• Familiarity with different types of mobility devices, such as wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mobility devices
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience working with catastrophically injured patients is a plus
• Certification or training in mobility device repair is a plus
