**Description**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

* Reconcile issued components with batch production to make sure inventory is accurate.

* Maintain batch production records; ensuring that they are issued accurately and documented for all production lines.

* Troubleshoot count errors, research for root cause error, and make corrections.

* Work with departments on correcting count issues.

* Assist with issuing products and components.

* Verify locations and quantity of product issued.

* Report to packaging lead/supervisor if unable to use computer software to issue and return materials. Record transactions manually may be needed when software is not available.

**Required Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

* 2 years production, warehouse or related experience.

* Basic communication, computer, analysis, investigative and math skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1 year of inventory-focused experience.

* Proficiency with ERP and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

* Bilingual in English/Spanish.

**Physical Requirements**

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. **This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.** The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds**.** Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
