****Overview****

Paystand is looking for an Event Coordinator to join us in creating the future of commercial payments infrastructure. ****Role At A Glance****

Paystand is searching for a talented, creative, and motivated Event Coordinator to organize outstanding and unforgettable events, both physical and virtual. You will be responsible for every part of event preparations, such as choosing venues, coordinating logistics, enabling Marketing and Sales teams, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, developing event plans, and evaluating success afterward.

As the Event Coordinator, you will devise and run imaginative events (both live audience and video) to inspire, excite and activate our potential customers. You should be well-organized and possess a sound knowledge of vendor management. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are critical in this role as you will be working across multiple teams and locations. A solid, practical understanding of logistics and budgeting is important as you will be responsible for ensuring smooth event operation, including financial discipline and spend management.

****Responsibilities****

* Identify all requirements and expectations for each event.

* Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.

* Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.

* Maintain event budgets.

* Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.

* Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the clients standards.

* Assess event success, develop reports and actionable insights on events.

* Work with the team on lead generation strategy, internal/external communication, sales enablement, client services support, and channel marketing

****Qualifications and Requirements****

* At least 3 years experience as an event coordinator.

* Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities and a strong technology acumen.

* Outstanding vendor management and logistics / coordination skills.

* Someone who flourishes when given responsibility and a sense of ownership.

* Proven collaboration, interpersonal, problem solving, and verbal & written communication skills

* BA or MA degree in business, marketing, PR, event management, or a related field
