**Job objective**: This is an exciting role in a growing company.The ideal candidate for the position is someone who has experience with managing corporate events. In this role, you will work closely with a talented marketing team to deliver world-class events for our customers.

****Duties****

* Manages the planning and onsite requirements for conferences and tradeshows, including booth design and layout, planning and submission deadlines, submitting requirements to vendors, managing vendors, managing inventory and shipping requirements, and completing set-up and breakdown

* Participates in creative team brainstorming sessions to develop theme and tagline ideas for conferences, advertisements, videos and presentations, marketing materials and other marketing-related items

* Manages memberships, subscriptions and sponsorships, including renewals, payments, and special events registration, requirements, participants/attendees and submissions

* Assists with researching and identifying new opportunities to expand marketing efforts in support of strategic marketing goals, such as overall corporate branding, branded merchandise, conference participation, sponsorships and business development efforts

* Manages vendor relationships as needed

* Manages the inventory process for marketing-owned items and giveaways

* Supports large-scale employee engagement initiatives/activities at corporate and company-wide level

* Prepares, executes and owns external corporate events that effectively describe and promote the organization and its services

* Performs other duties as required based on business needs

* Manages the process for marketing giveaways, including coming up with innovative ideas, researching pricing and vendor options, obtaining quotes and samples, approving artwork and orders, receiving and tracking inventory

****Required Qualifications****

* Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or equivalent related experience

* At least (2-3) years of professional experience

* Expert in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office

* Proficient in marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics.

* Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

* Strong visual, creative, and storytelling senses

* Experience working in fast-paced environments with the ability to handle simultaneous projects and still meet deadlines

*As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is* *$55,000 - $78,000.*
