Seeking a loan processor with a minimum of 3 years experience 
processing FHA and government mortgage loans along with conventional 
financing (Preferably the LAST THREE YEARS).  

Must have strong skills in comprehending and analyzing personal and business tax returns as it
relates to processing and qualifying borrowers in today's FULL DOCUMENTATION lending environment.
Must be proficient with DO/DU, LP and calyx point processing software.  Must have strong
communication skills and the ability and flexibility to work directly with different clients along
with loan officers.
